Each unit is structurally reinforced, professionally insulated, and completely finished as a premium commercial shell, ready to receive your custom brewing and serving configurations.
01: Delivery day
A reinforced container shell with a 4-coat exterior system and a continuous spray-foam envelope. No framing, no site build. It arrives finished.
02: Opening day
Removable windows transform the unit into an open-air walk-up serving station, with structural roof awnings shading customers and staff at both serving windows.
THE BUILD

A continuous 2-inch closed-cell spray foam application seals every wall, floor, and ceiling. At two inches, this dense material perfectly seals the steel, an absolute vapor barrier that stops moisture migration and external humidity cold.
The result is an exceptionally tight, ultra-high R-value that traditional insulation can’t match: total control over your fermentation process and substantially lower energy overhead, no matter where you drop the container.

Walls are structurally studded and lined with a high-durability laminate for easy cleaning and premium presentation. Underfoot: heavy-duty medical-grade flooring by the Mohawk Group Healthcare division, built to shrug off intense commercial cleaning agents, high impact, and moisture.
All plumbing and electrical is engineered and run precisely to your submitted plans, strictly to any and all local and national building codes.

Removable windows effortlessly transform the structure into an open-air walk-up serving station. Structural roof awnings are positioned over both serving windows, keeping customers and staff covered whatever the sky does.
Rail seating, tap wall, and serving counters. The shell is designed around the way a taproom actually serves.

A deliberate, heavy-duty garage door sits directly behind the tank array, solving the real-estate headache of equipment maintenance, logistics, and tank replacement.

The full production floor. An expansive high-capacity shell with room for the tank array, the bar, and the crowd it draws.
So there are no surprises: the BrewBox is a finished commercial shell. It does not include brewery equipment, brewing tanks, or beverage serving taps/systems, and it does not include site foundations, concrete pads, or below-grade utility and plumbing hookups. You choose the equipment; we deliver the building that’s ready for it.
