Permit documentation included
Required permit documentation is part of the build. Permitting itself happens in your jurisdiction; we provide what your local authority needs to review and approve.
Engineered durability
Steel construction, proper insulation, and sealed assemblies are engineered in, not bolted on. The build is designed for the long operating life an income property requires.
Delivery & site requirements
Free delivery is included within 1,000 miles of LaGrange, Indiana. Your site needs to be brought to grade and serviced; we walk you through exactly what that means for your lot.
Compliance questions
TreeBox builds are engineered to code and we provide the permit documentation your jurisdiction requires. Permitting is ultimately granted locally and varies by municipality and zoning, so the honest answer is that it depends on your jurisdiction. We help you navigate it rather than promise a blanket approval.
Durability comes from the engineering: appropriate steel treatment, insulation, and sealed, condensation-managed assemblies. The build is designed for a full operating life. Specific warranty details are provided with your build documentation.
Code-compliant builds on a permanent foundation, properly permitted, are appraisable and financeable like conventional real estate. The same three things, code compliance, permanent foundation, and proper permitting, are what protect resale value.
Your lot needs to be brought to grade and serviced (utilities available), with the foundation and any drainage and site plan in place. These site-specific items are quoted separately from the build, and we review them with you during the site visit.
Included: foundations (roof included), furniture, appliances, permit documentation, heating and cooling, painting, contract licensing, utility hookup for serviced lots, a site visit, and delivery within the included radius. You handle: the land, site plan and drainage, sitework to grade, permit costs, landscaping, and parking.
Free delivery is included within 1,000 miles of LaGrange, Indiana. Sites beyond that radius are quoted individually.
