Your application goes to Dimension Funding, LLC, who reviews your credit profile and business details to determine what you qualify for.
Receive your terms
Once approved, you'll see your financing terms. From there we schedule a site visit and walk you through everything before the build begins.
Who can apply
You don't need to be a seasoned developer.
But a few things help your application move faster.
- A registered business entity (LLC, corporation, or similar)
- Land ownership, or an active plan to acquire land before the build
- At least one guarantor or owner willing to sign personally
- A credit history that shows you can handle structured debt
- A clear purpose for the build (income, housing, investment)
Financing questions
TreeBox works with Dimension Funding, LLC as its financing partner. They handle the credit review and determine your terms based on your business profile and credit history. TreeBox is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.
Not necessarily. Having land, or a clear plan to acquire it before the build, strengthens your application and is required before a build can be scheduled.
Most applicants hear back within about 48 hours once a complete application is submitted. Incomplete applications take longer.
The application authorizes a consumer credit report review by Dimension Funding or their designee. This is a standard part of the commercial financing process.
Our team will walk you through what the path forward looks like. There may be alternative structures worth exploring. Applying does not obligate you to purchase.
The commercial finance application is structured for business entities. If you're buying as an individual, reach out to the sales team directly and we'll discuss options.
The build price includes foundations (roof included), furniture, appliances, permit documentation, heating and cooling, painting, contract licensing, utility hookup for serviced lots, a site visit, and delivery within 1,000 miles of LaGrange, Indiana. It excludes the land, site work, permit costs, landscaping, and parking.
